CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
To check in at Casa Tikiri, guests must be at least 18 years old. For security reasons, guests are required to verify their identity by presenting a passport or identification card (CI) at check-in.

11:00 a.m.
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Additional charges may apply.
ADULTS ONLY
Casa Tikiri Has been conceived and designed to meet the needs of adults. We accept reservations from 18 years old and up. Please do not make reservations if you are traveling with children as check-in will not be allowed. If minors are present at check-in, check-in will be refused and no refunds will be issued.
GUESTS ONLY
Access to the facility is exclusively for guests. Pool and restaurant services are not available for those not staying overnight at Casa Tikiri. We are open to outside guests for dinner only.
ANIMALS
We are sorry, but animals are not allowed.
RELAX
We do our best to ensure the peace of mind of our guests. Personal speakers are not allowed in common areas. Parties are not allowed inside the facility. Request for silence after 10 pm.
POOL
There is no lifeguard present. Guests swim at their own risk. For safety reasons, smoking, bringing plates, glasses or other objects that could break in the water are not allowed.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK
It is not allowed to bring and consume food or beverages purchased outside the property in the common areas. In addition, it is prohibited to bring glasses and cups provided in the rooms into the common areas.
FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE
Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Lighting mosquito bats and incense is also prohibited. In case of violation, a fine of $500 will be charged. For those who wish to smoke, we provide ashtrays in the verandas and common areas. Please remember to always do so in a respectful manner to the people around you.
VEHICLES
We have a limited parking area. Bicycle and tuk-tuk parking is available. Car parking is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
PERSONAL EFFECTS
Casa Tikiri takes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables within the facility. If you discover you have left anything of value behind, please call or email us immediately and we will do our best to help you locate the lost item.
OBJECTS FOUND
Casa Tikiri is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. However, any items, with the exception of perishable items, left by our guests and found after departure by housekeeping staff will be collected, recorded, and stored in a safe place for pickup by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear and toiletries will be discarded.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY
You are responsible for any damage caused to your room, hotel premises or property by you or anyone in your group. If such damage is discovered after your departure, we reserve the right and you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or hotel property during your stay, covering all property damage, missing or damaged items, and any related costs.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Casa Tikiri Is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate state laws. Casa Tikiri has a zero-tolerance policy that we will refuse to admit or refuse service or lodging in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to comply with reasonable standards and policies established by Sri Lankan law and the owners for the operation and management of the hotel. Casa Tikiri will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or non-payment of lodging; if he or she is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly manner so as to disturb the peace of other guests; if he or she acts in a disorderly manner so as to disturb the peace of other guests; if he or she attempts to use the hotel for an illegal purpose; if he or she attempts to bring into the hotel an illegally possessed firearm; or anything, including an explosive or a dangerous or toxic substance, which is illegal to possess and which may be dangerous to other persons; if he or she destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens to damage hotel or guest property; if he or she causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable capacity of the room; if he or she refuses to comply with reasonable standards or policies established by Casa Tikiri for the operation and management of our hotel.
